Our small but select range consists of the modern line of Los Danzantes which includes products aged in barrels, and the traditional lines of Alipús, Real Minero and Pierde Almas. The three products of Alipús are produced by different master distillers in their home villages according the local tradition, Pierde Almas is produced by the Sanchez-family from San Baltazar Chichicapam from different kinds of agaves. Real Minero is also produced from various kinds by the Ángeles-family in Santa Catarina Minas. Here a specific feature of local production is the distillation in earthenware pots.

Matured 11 months in barriques of French oak from the forests of the Limousin.
By aging, the fresh tones are decreased in favor of aromas from oak, herbs and fruit sweetness, which combine with the smoky flavor
of the young mezcal and soften it.

Third distillation of a Mezcal with fruit and spices inside the still and a turkey breast inside the bell of the still. Mezcal de Pechuga is produced once a year in november and is traditionally made for weddings and baptisms.

The aromas of the fruit and spices blend into the ones of the used Mezcal: Wild apple and plum, pineapple, almonds, pecans, anis and many more.
